Templates for the assignment of rights

The document for the assignment of image rights and exploitation of video and photography recording rights must be signed by individuals featured in an image or audiovisual material to authorise the specific use of their image (such as reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation). Authorisation is not required for individuals appearing in an image or audiovisual recording from a public event, provided their image is incidental.

To reproduce, either fully or partially, the opinions, ideas, or comments collected in an interview or opinion form, you must obtain the interviewee's consent through an assignment of rights for a specified use (e.g., for a Final Degree Thesis).
